Where DIY, Magic and Supernatural Secrets Collide
At first glance, Dorian is all mountain calm and small-town charm. Look a little closer, though, and the chill sets in.
Kai Merrick’s renovation work keeps unearthing oddities: rooms sealed for decades, strange markings that glow at night, and cold spots thick with restless ghosts. Add in the werewolves stalking the outskirts and the vampires drifting through town after dark, and Dorian’s foundations feel as unstable as the houses she’s trying to save.

‘The Bennett’
Once a beautiful Craftsman home, Bennett now sits in disrepair—its roof leaking, its doors broken, and its floors covered in moldy carpet. Kai lives here while renovating, but it is more like camping
But the real trouble isn’t structural. Ghosts whisper from the rafters, while something prowls in the woods outside. While Kai works to save the Bennett, the supernatural residents don’t seem eager to move out.
The Darcy
The most challenging renovation lies ahead.

DIY Challenges Meet Otherworldly Intrigue
Built in 1881, The Darcy has spent decades surrendering to time—its roof caving, its foundation slipping. Its once-elegant frame sags like a tired sentinel. Kai can’t live here yet, but she’s determined to save it before gravity wins.
And The Darcy needs saving. Ghosts roam its hollow corridors, flickering in and out like broken lantern light. Something winged—something very Mothman-adjacent—perches on the chimney during stormy nights. And Kai is certain the basement has that metallic-cold feeling that points suspiciously toward vampires.
First step: shore up the roof and foundations.
Second step: negotiate with the locals… if they’ll let her.
